About Melissa Martin

Melissa Martin has a passion for facilitating because it allows her to hear about other people’s stories. She works with healthcare professionals, state agencies, and non-profit and for-profit organizations to help them identify areas for improvement, specifically around communication, leadership, and inclusion. Melissa is a certified facilitator for DiSC Personality Assessment, Bridges Out of Poverty, Crucial Conversations, and Workplace Stability. She lives in a multigenerational household where she enjoys Sunday dinners with family and friends. When not facilitating, she likes road trips, walking her dog, and cooking for her family.
