Navigating Emotional Realities with Adults Trainer Certification Event
May 7, 8, and 9, 2024, 11:00am – 2:00pm Central
This trainer certification will prepare you to provide the Navigating Emotional Realities with Adults workshop. You will be given information and talking points to explain the neuroscience of emotional development and to provide tools to create a safer work environment by understanding the basics of the brain’s emotional development. Additionally, you will learn to better understand how the story a person carries within themselves and where they are in adult development impacts the workplace. Strategies will be identified to motivate for behaviors needed in the workplace.
Recertification
Trainers must recertify every two years by December 31st of the second full year following certification. This recertification can be a renewal of the 2-year Trainer Certification or an upgrade to a Lifetime Trainer Certificate.
