Rob’s aha moment

When I attended the Tactical Communication training, I made it mandatory for all of our officers to attend. I was blown away by the material, how it was presented, and how it made so much sense. It does not matter what experience, rank, or job you do as a first responder—the training will make you better. It didn’t take long to notice that our complaints were down and that the community was engaging more with us in a positive manner.
