Staying ahead with SJC Bridges, #BuildtheBridge

In Indiana in May, St. Joseph County Bridges Out of Poverty (SJC Bridges) was struggling to meet the goal of its #BuildtheBridge fund-raising campaign: to win a $25,000 matching grant. Luckily, the matching organization agreed to extend the campaign, and the goal has now been met.

According to a recent SJC Bridges newsletter, the Build the Bridge Matching Fund Campaign has raised more than $67,000—and that’s just the matching fund portion. In total, since its initiation in November 2016, #BuildtheBridge has raised nearly $100,000!

These funds go to support further community sustainability efforts like Bridges Out of Poverty training, Getting Ahead graduation events, and post-graduation “Staying Ahead” supports. Check out the SJC Bridges website to learn more.
