Strategic Consulting: Strategic consulting for higher education is tailored to the needs of the individual college or university and is designed to help guide faculty and staff to more effectively serve under-resourced college students. One or more of our experienced national consultants guides participants through an analysis of relevant knowledge bases and data to develop new strategies, policies, and procedures; establish a plan for change; and ensure the plan is implemented and outcomes measured.
