The Marion, Ohio, Municipal Court has used Bridges Out of Poverty in a number of ways to reduce recidivism, increase probation and treatment compliance, and improve outcomes. One initiative to improve driver’s license reinstatement and reduce repeat offenses has resulted in 75% of driver’s license offenders obtaining a valid driver’s license, according to Judge Teresa Lyn Ballinger.
