Process strategies to help people in Mississippi make the transition out of poverty. Sarah Moye was a single Mississippi mother who relied on government benefits for survival. But after graduating the Starkville Bridges Out of Poverty program, she learned to be more financially responsible, impressed her family, and changed the way she thinks about the middle class.
