Podcast: Moving from a Bridges committee to a Bridges movement

September 15, 2017 Published by

The Factory Ministries actually started in a sewing factory. That’s how we got the name, just to get that out of the way. We are a faith-based social service agency that works with those who are under-resourced.

We provide intakes, assessments, group goal-setting, Getting Ahead classes, I do a lot of Bridges training in our county and our region, and we operate a youth center for at-risk teenagers. We also have numerous workshops for the community, for those in the community that need access to resources. If you’re familiar with Bridges you know what resources I’m talking about. We’ve also been the lead agency, the creator of a collaborative called The Together Initiative.

Listen to the podcast to learn more about transforming your community into a Bridges community.

aha! Process National Consultant Chuck Holt has been president/CEO of The Factory Ministries, a nonprofit, faith-based, social services agency in Paradise, Pennsylvania, since 2006.
