The purpose of the Getting Ahead while Getting Out Reentry Model is to provide citizens returning from incarceration and their families a comprehensive, community- and relationship-based approach to reentry that begins in pre-release and follows through with long-term support.
The goal of Getting Ahead in the Workplace is to engage employees, their families, and volunteers as problem solvers who work shoulder to shoulder to create communities where everyone can live well.
The purpose of the Getting Ahead While Getting Out Reentry Model is to provide citizens returning from incarceration and their families a comprehensive, community- and relationship-based approach to reentry that begins in pre-release and follows through with long-term support.
This event takes place on five nonconsecutive days: October 15, 22, 29 and November 5 and 12, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Central. Become certified to take the concepts from A Framework for Understanding Poverty back to your school.

November 12 and 14, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. This is a trainer certification for health professionals who are currently certified Bridges Out of Poverty trainers. This certification focuses on how the Bridges concepts are adapted to health, including new content such as the Health Research Continuum and case studies specific to health and healthcare.
This online course is for Bridges Out of Poverty trainers who would like to renew their 2-year Trainer Certificates or upgrade to a Lifetime Certificate. Expired certificate holders are also welcome to participate and renew their license.
November 20 and 22, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. This online two-year certification prepares an already certified Bridges Out of Poverty trainer to present the information from Workplace Stability to regular business partners who work with entry-level, low-wage employees.
December 3 and 4, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. This web-based training gives you in-depth information to help you understand class differences and 10 actions you can implement the next day in the classroom to achieve impact.
