There’s no question that Bridges training in the workplace is valuable for companies today, but are we training the right people? This session explores the path of one company that implemented a groundbreaking approach to training staff in Workplace Stability concepts: vertical training across individual work units. This approach has resulted in stronger teams, more empowered leaders, and a more-stable workforce. Come hear the lessons learned and where we can go from here on this journey to internal advancement, greater retention, and higher productivity.
