Addressing the Challenges of Poverty national conference presentation spotlight

In October 2017, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, was recognized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as the only community in the United States to ensure that both veteran homelessness and chronic homelessness are rare, brief, and nonrecurring. Learn how the Lancaster County Coalition to End Homelessness has partnered with the Together Initiative Network Bridges Community to address rural poverty and reinvent how rapid rehousing and crisis housing are addressed.
