Deb currently serves as master coach and consultant to the Opportunity Alliance of Nevada. She teaches the Financial Coaching Certification Program licensed through Central New Mexico University, manages coach development, and leads projects in financial empowerment.
Additionally, Deb is a national consultant for Bridges Out of Poverty and certifies facilitators in Getting Ahead in a Just-Gettin’-By World and other Bridges-related work. She trains and consults with Washoe County Human Services in Reno, Nevada, where more than 600 people have been trained in Bridges and related offerings. They are a Bridges champion site.
Deb’s passion and specialty are in the field of what fosters and sustains human change. Debora was trained in the early 1990s in the Three Principles of Human Experience, now a global program in innate well-being and resiliency. It is the foundation of all the work she currently delivers.
After more than 20 years of delivering award-winning training programs, as well as developing programs to create shifts in thinking and action, Deb now focuses on what integrates permanent and sustainable shifts in thinking and results.
Debora holds an M.B.A. and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, is a PCC-level life coach, and was ordained as an interfaith minister/spiritual counselor in 2015.
Deb spent more than 10 years of her career with the IBM corporation, eight years with AT&T Wireless as regional director of sales and marketing, and taught at the IBM Management Development Center in Armonk, New York.
Debora lives in the western Sierras, has a wonderful husband and three terriers, and is devoted to teaching and living the Course in Miracles.
