The Getting Ahead body of works has matured! Beginning in 2017 Getting Ahead in a Just-Gettin’-By World will become a certified facilitator training. This training will join Getting Ahead While Getting Out and Getting Ahead in the Workplace as a certified facilitator training.
What does this mean?
Beginning in 2017 individuals participating in a Getting Ahead in a Just-Gettin’-By World certified facilitator training will be asked to sign a trainer agreement as well as become part of a learning community.
Getting Ahead in a Just-Gettin’-By World certified facilitator training will serve as the foundational work for:
- Getting Ahead While Getting Out certified facilitator training
- Getting Ahead in the Workplace certified facilitator training

Individuals seeking certification to facilitate the Getting Ahead While Getting Out classes will register for and participate in:
- An online or in-person Getting Ahead in a Just-Gettin’-By World certified facilitator training.
- An additional three-hour training by the authors of the curriculum (additional fee will apply).
Individuals who wish to be certified to facilitate the Getting Ahead in the Workplace class will register for and participate in:
- An online or in-person Getting Ahead in a Just-Gettin’-By World certified facilitator training.
- An additional one-hour training by the author of the curriculum (additional fee will apply).

What if I am already a Getting Ahead in a Just-Gettin’-By World facilitator? How do I become certified?
aha! Process will offer complimentary one-hour refreshers online for current Getting Ahead in a Just-Gettin’-By World facilitators. Once the refresher is completed, you will be asked to sign a facilitator agreement, and you will receive a new certificate showing you are a certified facilitator of the Getting Ahead in a Just-Gettin’-By World curriculum.

All trainings begin at 11 a.m. Central/12 p.m. Eastern.
