One of the things that really resonated with myself, with Phil DeVol, and all of us was this real need for what to do next after Getting Ahead. And that really prompted myself and some others to really go off the grid and start to look at: How do we build a design that looks at what happens with families if we work with them, as they go from being under-resourced all the way to being resourced?

In other words, completely off of welfare, off of subsidies, and completely self-sustaining and thriving. What does that look like? And what kind of return on investment can you get from that?

Today we’ll be taking a 30,000-foot view of what that might look like.
