aha! Process, Inc. reserves the right to cancel a seminar due to low enrollment 21 days prior to the date of the workshop.
Participation cancellations must be submitted in writing no later than 21 days prior to the first day of the seminar. These cancellations will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is not received using these procedures, the full training registration fee will be charged if the participant does not attend. Participant substitutions are welcome with a 21 day notification to ensure the personalization of class materials.
