Not all online training is created equal. Each of these online courses offers direct instruction,
activities, interaction, and individual feedback. This coaching is specific to your job and your
situation. These live online sessions enable learners to connect with subject matter, experts,
and each other—without the added time and expense of travel. Anyone can participate,
regardless of their location. Participants just need a computer, an Internet connection, and a headset.

What does your training include?
- Gathering a community of learners to interact with one another and the instructor to ask questions or share information and have a meaningful discussion.
- During the first session an activity is given to the participants to embed the new skills immediately into your work environment.
- The second session recaps the ideas shared, provides time for interactive discussion and answering questions, and continues direct instruction of content and learning from session one.
- Each participant receives up to an hour of personal one-on-one phone, online, or email support from the instructor.
