Who is Ruth?

Ruth Weirich has provided insight into the overall corporate strategies of divisions and companies for many years. She received her M.B.A. from Colorado State and her B.A. in Business Administration from Goshen College. By maximizing an organization’s operating performance and achieving its financial goals, Ruth has held responsibilities ranging from communicating with and leading all stakeholders to preparing operating budgets to overseeing a strategic plan. Ruth is an active listener, a critical thinker, and has quick judgment and decision making skills.

Weirich recently was president of aha! Process. Working for a small company allowed her to have a hands-on experience with all the strategic projects the organization developed.

Ruth’s aha! moment

She was introduced to A Framework for Understanding Poverty 27 years ago. The book provides an alternate way of looking at class issues and has been a powerful tool for Ruth both professionally and personally ever since.

Ruth’s passions

Ruth and her husband love to travel. The exploration of cultures, language, and food is exciting to Ruth. She has traveled within all 50 states and has also enjoyed the adventure of traveling internationally.

What does Ruth do for fun?

On a personal note, Ruth loves to read, ski, spend time at a beach, and travel. Taking up skiing at the age of 38 brought on feelings of fear, excitement, and exhilaration. Ruth prefers an easy blue cruiser on her skis, and if Ruth can ski, you can ski! Ruth and her husband, Scott, make their home in Denver, Colorado.
